Instant Quote Calculator: Privacy Policy

Instant Quote Calculator (the "App") collects no personal information from your site's visitors. It reads only the small amount of site information it needs to check your plan, and it doesn't store any of it.

1. Who is responsible

INSiDE Dev, Moneen Ind Estate, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Ireland ("we", "us") makes the App. Contact: insideaiart@gmail.com.

2. What the App reads about your site

• Your installation and site IDs, from the secure token Wix sends with each request, so we know which site's plan to check. Not stored by us.

• Your plan (free, paid or trial, and the trial end date), from Wix, to show or hide the calculator and the upgrade button. Not stored by us.

• Your site's payment currency, from Wix, to pick a default currency for prices. Not stored by us.

• Your calculator settings (text, prices, options, colors, fonts and button link), which you enter in the Editor, to show your calculator. Wix saves them as part of your site; we don't store them.

We don't receive your name, email address or payment details. Wix handles all billing.

3. Your visitors

• What visitors choose in the calculator stays in their browser. It isn't sent to us or saved anywhere.

• The App has no forms and doesn't ask visitors for personal information.

• The App sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising.

• When a page with the calculator loads, the visitor's browser asks the App's server, hosted by Wix, whether your plan is active. Like any web request, this involves technical data such as an IP address. We don't log or keep it.

• If you choose a custom font, the visitor's browser loads it from Wix's font servers.

4. Sharing

We don't sell, rent or share personal information. The App runs on Wix, which processes data as described in Wix's Privacy Policy at wix.com/about/privacy.

5. How long we keep data

We don't store personal data. Your calculator settings stay in your Wix site until you delete the calculator or the App.

6. Security

All requests use HTTPS and tokens issued by Wix. Each site can only check its own plan.

​

7. Children

The App isn't aimed at children and collects no information about them. A calculator may count children, for example "Kids: 2", but it never asks for names or ages.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR, you can ask what personal data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Because the App stores no personal data, we usually hold nothing, but we'll always answer. Write to insideaiart@gmail.com, or complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.

We'll post any update on this page with a new effective date.
